1. No alternative amount will be offered. 2. Not redeemable against price match bookings. 3. Not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other prize, discount or promotion. 4. Redeemable against new package holiday bookings with Destinology only, with a minimum spend of £5,000 and include at least a flight and hotel. 5. Only one £200 discount permitted per booking. 6. Must be redeemed by 12 January 2026. 7. Holiday booking conditions apply. 8. Cannot be transferred to another person or assign or transfer any other rights or obligations in connection with these terms and conditions. 9. Destinology reserves the right to remove the offer at any time without notice. 10. There is no cash alternative, and the discount cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, auctioned, or in any way traded.

EXPLORA JOURNEYS Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter

1. The promoter of this competition is Destinology Ltd (“the Promoter”), registered at 42 High Street, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 1BL

Eligibility

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland, aged over 18 years old.
2. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible for entry.
3. Only bookings made directly with the Promoter are eligible.

Competition Period

1. The competition will run from 00:01 on Thursday 1st January 2026 to 23:59 on Saturday 31st January 2026 (“the Competition Period”)
2. Bookings made outside of this period will not be entered into the prize draw.

How to Enter

1. Customers will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw for every qualifying holiday booked with the Promoter during the Competition Period.
2. A “qualifying holiday” is defined as a new booking made during the Competition Period.
   Cancellation or amendments resulting in the booking no longer meeting the qualifying criteria may invalidate the entry.

The Prize

1. One winner will receive a holiday package consisting of:
   a. Return Emirates Business Class flights
   b. An EXPLORA JOURNEYS cruise, on EXPLORA II, for 7 nights, in an Ocean Terrace Suite.
   c. A 4-night pre-cruise stay at The Ritz Carlton, Dubai (Room Type: Deluxe Room, Board Basis: Bed & Breakfast)
   d. Transfers between the airport, hotel, and cruise port.
2. The prize is valid for specific dates; flights arriving into Dubai on 10 December 2026, staying at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai from 10 to 14 December 2026, and sailing with Explora Journeys from 14 to 21 December 2026.
3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection & Announcement

1. The prize draw selection will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
2. The winner will be notified via the telephone number provided at time of booking, within 2 days of the selection taking place.
3. The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents.
4. Any additional expenses incurred during the prize trip (such as upgrades, meals not stated, room charges, or personal spending) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any changes, cancellations, or disruptions to the prize elements outside its control.

Publicity

1. The winner may be required to participate in promotional activity, including sharing of photography and written entries of their experience, for marketing purposes, without further compensation.
2. By entering, participants agree to the Promoter using their name and general location in winner announcements.

Data Protection & Opt-Out

1. By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition, selecting a winner, and for marketing communication from the Promoter regarding future luxury travel offers and competitions.
2. Participants may opt out of receiving future marketing communications at any time. All marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link, which, when used, will immediately stop further promotional emails.
3. Personal data supplied during the course of the competition will only be processed as required for the administration of your booking(s), and as a result, of the competition in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.destinology.co.uk/terms-and-conditions#privacy

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. The Promoter’s decision regarding the competition and prize allocation is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
